Shipping Policy

At Urbanvendure, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden shipping fees.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (Free): 3-7 business days within the United States
• Processing time: 1-2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Shipping Region

We currently ship only within the United States. We are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes in some regions, or APO/FPO addresses at this time. We are working on expanding our shipping coverage.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's progress.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@Urbanvendure.com or +16466212971. We can update the address if the order has not yet shipped.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund.

Shipping Restrictions

All shipments are made within the United States only. Duties and taxes do not apply to domestic orders. Urbanvendure is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
