Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Urbanvendure eyewear. If something isn't right, we accept returns in accordance with the policy below.

Return Window

Non-prescription items (sunglasses, non-prescription blue light glasses, and non-prescription eyeglass frames) may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Prescription Items

Prescription lenses are custom-made to your specifications and are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you believe your prescription lenses were made incorrectly, contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will work to resolve the issue.

Eligibility Requirements

• Items must be in original condition with no signs of wear, scratches, or damage
• Original packaging (hard case and microfiber cloth) must be included
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Non-Returnable Items

• Prescription lenses (unless defective)
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items damaged due to improper care or handling

Return Process

1. Email us at info@Urbanvendure.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return authorization
3. Ship the item(s) to: 904 Woodson Rd A, Baltimore, MD 21212
4. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
